Hi, I'm Fiona.


We all know that people buy from people they trust so I believe that in order for me to genuinely help you in any way we need to firstly be a great fit for each other. 

If this is your first time reaching outside of your business or family for advice and support about your business then obviously you may feel cautious about it.


You've likely spoken to the bank, and your accountant or some free business start-up program about your plans, but I know from hard earned experience that unless you have been very lucky in finding a sounding board at the level of direction and support you need, while navigating your way to growing a business, you will have bits of support from here and there, but none of it pulls the whole jigsaw into a recognisable picture.


You grow and change, as does your business. It does not remain the same month after month, year after year. Business moves through 5 distinct stages, Creation, Chaos, Control, Prosperity and Freedom. 

 

We all know the stats, very few business start ups make it past the first 12-18mths. There are a few key causes for early failure, such as, a) missing skills - its difficult to employ all the help you need in the specialist areas needed to run the overall business or be a specialist at every task your business needs to simply function, never mind grow. Are you the entrepreneur, the manager and the technician?  b) Money - because we always underestimate the true cost of setting up and growing a new business.  I believe I was born to Coach

It’s not until you have the benefit of time and looking back on your life and experiences that you can join the dots. Understand better why things happened the way that they did. Successes and failures shape us all.


I know for sure that every step of the way I was being groomed by life to bring me the skills to help others find clarity, answers, direction.


From an early age many roles have shaped me in coaching individuals and teams from, being Games captain, Senior Prefect, Team lead, Supervisor, Manager, Senior Director, Business Owner and Coach.  


I believe in leadership that enables those we teach to become their own teachers and leaders.


Leading others to their own successes are honestly what drives me in all aspects of my life.

  • The primary difference between coaching and consultancy, is the process of equipping people with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to fully develop themselves to be effective in their commitment to themselves, the company, and their work.


  • A process focused on developing an individual to become their “best self” and to contribute their “best fit” and talents.


  • An ego-less process in which coachable moments are created to draw out distinctions and promote shifts in thinking and behaviour.


  • Coaching enables the person being coached to create and develop their own best practices, connections and resources 


  • It’s your business and you get to decide what to do. I’ll provide feedback, perspective and ask questions to help you explore your options.
